20 YEARS OF GAY PRIDE JUNE 8, 9 & 10th
MILWAUKEE, WI - PrideFest kicks off the lakefront festival season
June 8, 9 & 10th with an all-star entertainment lineup celebrating
20 years of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) pride in Milwaukee.
PrideFest is held annually at the Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest)
on Milwaukee's lakefront.

JOAN JETT TO HEADLINE MILWAUKEE'S PRIDEFEST
MILWAUKEE, WI - PrideFest will kick off Milwaukee's lakefront festival
season June 8, 9 & 10th with over 60 performances, featuring headline
acts Kathy Griffin, Chaka Khan and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts at
Maier Festival Park. The event will mark 20 years of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual
and Transgender (LGBT) Pride events in Milwaukee.
January 19, 2007: PRIDEFEST SETS
2007 FESTIVAL DATES, SCHEDULES TOWN HALL FOR FEB. 15th
MILWAUKEE, WI - PrideFest announced that the 2007 festival dates will
be June 8, 9 and 10th. Wisconsin's largest LGBT event will be held at
the Henry W. Maier Festival Grounds (Summerfest) on Milwaukee's lakefront.
July 26, 2006: PRIDEFEST CONTRIBUTES
OVER $20,000 TO COMMUNITY GROUPS
MILWAUKEE, WI - After setting attendance records with 23,839 people
entering the gates June 9 - 11, PrideFest contributed over $20,000 to
LGBT community groups and two tons of canned food donations to the AIDS
Resource Center of Wisconsin.
