Media & press guidelines

A press pass for working-staff is strongly encouraged if you plan to cover the event on-site. Not only does it give you complimentary access to our grounds/entertainment/festival, it also identifies you to our patrons as someone who will most likely be publishing the photos they have taken.

A press pass will be required for access to Miller Lite stage pit area, pending artist/management approval.

NOT all press passes guarantee access to Miller Lite stage pit area.

Photo requirements change for each headline act, and those with a pit pass must adhere to the artist management rules or you will be escorted out of the area by PrideFest and/or Summerfest security. We will notify you about evenings rules when you check in for your pass on the grounds.

Only photo cameras are allowed at PrideFest Milwaukee.  As a general rule, no video is allowed.

If you plan to be onsite during the event, please go to the media check-in area prior to proceeding into the park.

GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHERS:  link for you to apply for a general PrideFest photographer pass. We will allow up to 10 passes this year to hobby, or art photographers who are interested in capturing images of the festival. We will be interested in using your photos as well, in our marketing materials, and may assign you an area for some quick shots. This will also end up with photo credits for you.

Media placements

Please send all links with coverage from your publication to info@pridefest.com. We will share all media placements on our social media channels.
