A press pass for working-staff is strongly encouraged if you plan to cover the event on-site. Not only does it give you complimentary access to our grounds/entertainment/festival, it also identifies you to our patrons as someone who will most likely be publishing the photos they have taken.
A press pass will be required for access to Miller Lite stage pit area.
NOT all press passes guarantee access to Miller Lite stage pit area. Photo requirements change for each headline act, and those with a pit pass must adhere to the artist management rules or you will be escorted out of the area by PrideFest and/or Summerfest security. Typically we are allowed to shoot photos for the first 2-3 songs, while some headliners could care less if you shoot the entire show. And there may be some who don’t allow ANY photographs taken from within the media pit just under the stage. We will notify you when you check in for your pass on the grounds.
PHOTO CAMERAS ONLY
As a GENERAL RULE: NO VIDEO ALLOWED
For questions/requests prior to the event, please contact: Kate Sherry, at email@example.com
If you plan to be on-site during the event, please go to the media check in table prior to proceeding into the park. A limited number of media parking spots will be made available. These will be on a first come/served basis. Space is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
