Don’t miss the Wom!nz Spot Comedy Showcase on Saturday, June 8 at 3:30 p.m.

Six remarkable comedians are teaming up to make you laugh!

Vanessa Tortolano
Vanessa (Pants) Tortolano has been slinging funnies since she was old enough to talk back. Involved with theatre and the stage since the age of five, Vanessa just began the practice of stand-up comedy in the last few years.

“Vanessa is stunningly talented and exceedingly functional yet bizarre”~ grown adult

She has also been a regular performer with Madison’s Monkey Business Institute since 2011, as well as a regular touring performer with Lady Laughs Comedy.

Vanessa is a feisty mother of 4 teenagers and one of the co-founding owners of NessAlla Kombucha.

Vickie Lynn
vickie_lynn_pridefest_milwaukeeVickie Lynn, a comedian out of Beloit, Wisconsin, is the mother of 4, grandmother of 7. So she hopes to be to be taken by rich kidnappers soon!

She has performed all over the Midwest. Her humorous and entertaining rants on menopause, single life and dating in her mid-40s, and hiding from her kids are just some of the subjects she touches on. But no religion or politics because she’s too old to argue or make new friends.

She has been a reoccurring performer at Lady Laughs Comedy Festival, Pridefest Milwaukee and Comedy Sportz.

She’s a hilarious force of nature you won’t want to miss!

Cal Smith
calsmith_pridefest_milwaukeeCal Smith is a non-binary, transgender, queer comedian and storyteller.

They have been performing for several years around the midwest and the country. They have been featured in the Lady Laughs Comedy Festival, Trans Liberation Art Coalition Showcase, Laughing Liberally, Shots & Giggles and Wichita Pride Festival. Watch Cal as they share their life story and put a comedic spin on their lived experiences!

They are the Genderqueer Enby that you might know from Facebook, Lyft or Grindr!

Sasha Rosser
sasha_rosser_pridefest_milwaukee
By day, Sasha Rosser gets paid to watch people getting cut open.

By night, she produces music that sounds like it was made by an angsty robot.

She originally moved to Wisconsin to study the brain through science, but now she does it by telling jokes.

Dana Ehrmann
dana_ehrmann_pridefest_milwaukee
Dana Ehrmann first tried stand-up as a student at Carthage College in Kenosha, and has been self-deprecating and discussing sort-of-but-not-quite-adulthood on stage ever since.

Now based in Milwaukee, she has performed at the Milwaukee, Cream City, Great Spirit and Floodwater Comedy Festivals, and opened for Hari Kondabolu, Charlie Berens, Dan Soder and Sean Patton.

She’s also sorry she hasn’t watched that TV show you recommended, but she just has, like, a lot going on right now.
