Saturday, June 9: Pridefest Milwaukee Open Grass Volleyball Tournament

The 2018 PrideFest Milwaukee Open Grass Volleyball Tournament will take place Saturday, June 9, at the Henry Maier Festival Park.

Tournament play takes place on the lawns directly adjacent to the PrideFest festival grounds at Henry Maier Festival Park (200 N. Harbor Dr.). The vista cast by the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World Museum provides a remarkable backdrop to a day of spirited and enjoyable competition, which takes place during the world’s largest LGBT festival held on permanent festival grounds.

The tournament is open to the public with two divisions, Recreational and Competitive. The registration fee is $270 per team of six players. Up to two additional players can be added to a team for $45 per player. Teams that register before May 30 can pay a reduced fee of $250 (per team of six).

In addition to a weekend (Friday through Sunday) pass to PrideFest Milwaukee, the registration fee includes tournament fees, a welcome bag of goodies, tournament T-shirt, a kickoff event on Friday evening and trophies for the winning teams. Players and fans are encouraged to come out and play against (or just watch) some of the most talented players from leagues throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Teams should register by submitting the registration form before June 1.
