Every year, PrideFest Milwaukee makes the impossible possible for one lucky member of our community — with the VIP Weekend Experience prize package, valued at over $2,500.

Congratulations to Justin Yates, winner of this year’s VIP Weekend Experience prize package!

Justin’s name was drawn by our Board of Directors from over 12,000 entries in our VIP Email Club database.

“I was really honored to win (on my birthday!) this years VIP Experience,” said Justin.  “PrideFest weekend has always been a chance for me to reconnect with old friends and make new ones in such a lovely and entertaining environment, and to get the chance to experience it this way is really exciting.

“I look forward to seeing Ani DeFranco, Betty Who, and especially Tom Goss this year.  I can’t believe I am going to get a chance to meet them! See you all down there!”

As this year’s VIP,  Justin receives:

  • VIP weekend passes (2) to PrideFest 2015, including free admission all weekend and unlimited access to both Trixie’s Fun House and the VIP deck at the Miller Oasis, which offers complimentary refreshments and unparalleled views of headliners on the Miller Mainstage
  • 3 nights at the Doubletree Milwaukee Downtown, our official hotel for PrideFest 2015, including early Friday check-in and Monday morning check-out
  • Backstage Meet & Greet photo sessions with participating headliner acts
  • PrideFest Welcome Package, including souvenir t-shirts, hotel welcome cocktails, and special extras!

PrideFest has been my safe place since I was in high school and just discovering my sexuality. Even though I’m older and married now, I love seeing the teenagers every year at Pride who are able to be free to be who they are. Thank you for continuing to provide this vital event!
